Wedding bar ex price to increase by €200

    I see in today's paper that one of the stealth taxes the government is introducing is an increase in price of a wedding bar extension by €200. Does anyone know when this increase is due to happen?

    Sheesh. I was only on the phone to a friend of mine in Belgium last night and they are out till 5 or 6am every weekend, and we got to pay a fortune for a lousy hour and a bit bar ex! At such an expensive occasion too. Lousy.

    Eh, no you dont. Why would you pay for any type of bar extentsion :confused: This charge is being passed on by hotels that are too damn greedy to cover the cost themselves for the 'privilege' of weddings spending €€€€'s at thier bar. The people who agree to pay for bar extensions are just as bad for fuelling it.
