Now that just confused me. I know what open source is but this seems like a very place to mention it. What are you referring to?

Well spaced, well lit, big windows, and a nice view. It'd be a great place for a date.

Nice view until the OPW put the 6 storey goverment building on that carpark. Here's the model. Restaurant is marked by red line at middle right.

you'll still have a nice view of the river won't you?
I'm open to correction here but is the car park not partically behind the restaurant... not infront..??

Me thinks the owners are dreaming of a nicer view come Dec 09...... a long trail of hungry mouths coming from next door.

i had the 8oz fillet there 2 weeks ago, my mate had swordfish, another had lamb, the starters were perfect too, price was really good also. highly recommend it.

all in all i'd give it 4/5 stars.

I think I just ate the nicest steak Carlow town has to offer.

8oz fillet cooked (medium-rare) to perfection in Teach Dolmen.

Jesus haven't eaten in there in years, was it a nite bite menu or sunday lunch?

Nite bite. Nice menu too. I was tempted by the Cottage pie but the fillet Steak got the better of me.
