Palm Treo 680 work on Meteor?

    I've just bought a Pam Treo 680 for good price on Ebay. Currently 3 customer, I'm considering moving to Meteor to avail of free calls weekends and evenings.
    Will the Treo work on Meteor. I'm not worried about internet functions. I just want to be able to use the Palm Organiser functions on my mobile. If it'll make calls and send texts, it'll suit me just fine.

    My question is: will a new meteor sim card function in a Palm Treo 680?

    Any help appreciated.
