buying single iron

I'm in the market for a single 2 iron club and was wondering where the best place to buy one would be? I've had a look on the net but delivery is quite expensive, is there any bricks and mortar shop that does single irons?

I have a few 2 irons living in the cupboard under the stairs which I could get rid of. They are:
Callaway Hawkeye
Callaway X tour forged (this one was actually from the tour van)
Mizuno MP 60

I also have a Ping Zing 1 iron.
