I don't know of any individuals who give lessons but with regards classes, there is The Sandford Language Institute located in Merrion Square, Dublin.

I'm probably gonna start teaching Swedish in Drogheda. I posted a reply in another thread as well I'd be very interested to hear what people what to learn and what they wanna get out from the course.
