    Hello all,

Does anyone happen to have an e-mail address for the technical support area at Apple Ireland?

Can't find it on their website. Only a support phone number and need to send an e-mail with images and such.

    Thanks in advance.

If you haven't tried already send a mail to support@apple.ie and see if they respond to that?

I don't think Apple provide any email support. What are you sending, basq?

Phoned them up and they told me to complain via Feedback Page but that's bound to be ignored.

Might try and source a postal address for them as I've a nice 3 page document to send to them.

Sad Prof: Won't go into details right now but highlighting 3 major problems in my MacBook (less than 14 months old) - and look for a resolution.

    Apple Ltd,
    Hollyhill Industrial Estate
    Hollyhill,
    Cork

Mark it for the attention of the Customer Service Manager (or Applestore CS Manager if bought there)

No probs. If you bought it from AppleStore it might be worth a phone call to their after sales, then after sales manager. They always seemed much more approachable than the regular Customer services.

    or you could try this....

I was speaking with a relative today who worked in admin Apple Cork about 20 years ago. (she got me my fist apple - a IIe, that's the timeframe). She now lives in UK with two teenage sons and a gaggle of ipods. One of the ipods screens broke just out of warranty. She called a few apple stores in UK and got short shrift - disinterested staff, a quote of £180 "to look at it" (it cost £120 new) etc.

Dissadisfied, she considered writing to some ex-colleagues in Apple Cork to pass along her experinece of poor build quality and even poorer customer service. She thought, "to heck with it" and fired off an e-mail to Steve Jobs citing her past experience with the company, details of the problem etc.

A few days later, she got a call from "a lady with a mixed up Cork/American accent" asking her to hold for a call from....Steve Jobs. Steve came on, apologised for not remembering her buy saying that they liked to look after all their customers and especially staff, ex or current. He thanked her for her e-mail and said one of his assistants would take further details on the self-desctructing screen etc.

How cool is that - getting a call from Steve himself to sort out your problem!!!

    Cheers meep.

Think my boss did that too actually.. but I'll send off this first and if I get nowhere, I'll try and shoot one off to Mr Jobs.
