My two best mates are getting marred soon withing a week i`m best man for both but how will i keep the speeches diffrent when we are so close as friends? can anybody suggest how i`ll keep both sets of friends entertained for the best mans speach but in doing so keep it diffrent not to be repeating ,myself. this is very…

there are lots of examples in books or online but maybe you should just keep both short and personal?
