Does anyone know any hotels that do GREAT vegeterian food in Wicklow/Derry or Donegal?

I would second Brooklodge. However, dont be afraid to approach any hotel about doing a vegetarian wedding as most are very accomodating. maybe choose a few venues you like and see what they can do for you

vegetarian food at a hotel.. .hmmm... depends on the size i think. Generally irish hotel just slop out overcooked food on a plate and the veg lacks any imagination. You would be entitled to a taster from any potential hotel i would imagine, if they appreciate your consideration for their business.
