COPICS on ebay.

I was looking at COPICS in Germany an 36 colours was a shocking 200 euros. When I get on back home on eBay I come across these. There much cheaper though and are in black casing rather than the Grey I saw at the store. I was wondering if anyone can confirm the authenticity of these as copics?

Sorry but after a bit of digging I have found out these are called Shinhan touch twin markers. Regardless does anyone know if these are any good.?
