    i buy alot off cdwow find it great value for old dvd's and cd's , never had any trouble anyways delievered quickly and never in bad condition.

    Lots of problems of late. DVDs out of stock, no notification, delay after delay, delay in receiving refunds, etc. I won't be using CDwow ever again after all three of my last orders (gave them three 2nd chances) had problems.

    If you are using them, go to cdwow.com, not cdwow.ie, it's cheaper, unless you want/have to use Laser.

    I stopped using them about a year ago after an order or two of mine was delayed. This was shortly after they lost that high publicity court case involving parallel imports I believe. I've resolved to buy all my music digitally now anyhoo.

    I used them again 2 weeks ago after a long time but it wasn't posted till today, no message at all about the delay. Don't think I'll use them again.

    They've gotten very slow in delivering when compared to the excellent service of years past.
