Iv just finished 2 years in another IT but i want to move closer to home, Is it to late to go into 3rd year in DIT this year? Where do i even apply

hmm , well your course content would have to be really close to that of dit , which i would not be sure about ,as they do things differently in dit to most ITs i know , and best bet is to apply to the college itself i think .

Ring DIT directly although im pretty sure that they have held interviews already for advanced entry students.

You need to apply to the admissions office as an advanced entry student.
