It fades out into nothing after the brilliant opening. Unfortunately 'Time To Pretend' is as good as it gets. I was very disappointed.

Anyway, great choice of tone!

I have "Kyle's Mom is a Bitch" by Cartman from the south park movie for workmates's numbers, 40 Miles by Congress for undesignated caller groups, Demonstrate by UB40 for my best mate, Louder Than a Bomb by Tiga for other mates' numbers and SE's old phone tone for family. All in mp3 format. The only thing I'm slightly ashamed of is using the CTU ringtone from 24 for text alert tone, but I can't find a good short tone to replace it with...

I am not defined by my ringtones, I just put on music I like with a good intro that suits as a ring tone...sorry if that offends people sensibilities. Additionally death to glomobi. Anyone who pays for tones should be shot.

Agree completely. I never understood that ... the most cursory examination of the Terms & Conditions, and the outrageous prices for such zany ring-tones as "Crazy Frog belches in the Key of E#" would put any sane person off. (I do like that Bananaphone one though)

For anyone who gives a hoot my ringtones are currently

Intro to Miss Dy-na-mit-ee-ee, for mrs trout
Heigh-Ho song, for family (it's an in-joke).
Motorbike sound, F1 sound, Guitar solo, or Blue's piano for my close pals (each one makes sense for the caller)
Generic dogs barking, for my generic mates
Generic deskphone for workmates
Meltdown alarm for the on-call phones in work (how apt)

Old style bell ringing, only because there's no "ring ring" tone on my new phone. I despise musical ring tones, death to all those who make me listen to their bangin' choons when their phone rings. :mad:
