    Ok guys i bought an item worth €35 euro and now the buyer hasnt sent it out and is not responding to my emails , Any Advice?

    I'm guessing this is eBay? How did you pay, Paypal? If so, start a dispute and escalate to claim if the seller doesn't respond within a few days.

    Yeah its ebay & payed through paypal, so if i do the claim thing what will happen , will paypal or the seller refund me? How long does this usually take

    How long it takes depends on the seller and whether he replies or contests the claim. The refund will come through Paypal, but can be initiated by the seller if he chooses. The seller is given 10 days to reply to a claim, if he doesn't then you automatically win it.

    Maybe you can contact the seller to see what happened then make a claim.
