Garmin don't produce maps for Turkey, but a third-party developer does:
    http://www.basarsoft.com.tr/basar/tr/
NavCITY is an MPC product, prepared by Basarsoft (www.basarsoft.com.tr) that covers mostly populated and commercially active areas of Turkey. The maps contain Building addresses (door numbers) for Istanbul and Ankara (%16) and the rest of the populated areas are covered street level. The total road network is 550,000 Kilometers including the The national road network. Detailed network being around 45%. The map contains around 185,000 POIs, all verified and entered in the last 2 years, and 41,832 settlement points. The full western europe will be covered by not later than the end of the 2007.
