    Hello,

Would anybody know where I can get a good record player with a built in amp? I am not looking for a music centre as such. I just want something with a turntable and possibly a tuner. Something neat. I have had one since God was a boy, it has served me well but I think he has had his day. I have searched the net and Peats to no avail. The only one I have fount to date was a Bush one but it seems to get bad reviews. Advice would be greatly appreciated?

    Thank you kindly

    Nonny

Thank you, I have heard a lot of people complain about poor sound quality with the players with built in amp. Any idea where I can get one like yours?

    Thanks again,

    Nonny

I got a Roxy Steepletone turntable in Peats, well I was given it as a present but its a great thing. I love it and its less then 200 as far as I know. I think they still have them i nstore but can find them on the website.

I like it, then again I dont have much to compair it with. I love the sound of vinyl anyway, it seems live to me as opposed to a cd. I preffer music a bit rough sounding, helps to put oyu in the room with it. I get that feeling off my record player.
