I have a set of drawings (approx. 30) in a single .dwg file. I am using AutoCAD LT2008 and I was wondering is there a way of plotting all the drawings in a single go without plotting them out individually.

If you've assigned each sheet the same page setup and the plotter is set up properly you should be able to use the Publish command...I think? File > Publish, select your sheet set and go.
