Hi i ave just got engaged planning on getting married in about 2 yrs im sooo excited i can't wait, im trying 2 cut d cost as much as possibly, rather spend d money on d honeymoon. Could anyone tell me can u buy a CD with sample invites on r can u buy do it ursef packs? Also i don't want 2 spend a fortune on wedding dress & bridesmaid dresses any sales on that i should know about?

Hi Ashlynn. Congratulations on your engagement, maybe try out the money saving weddings thread for some ideas.

However please don't use "txt spk" in posts as it can make them hard to read.

Hi Ashlynn, congrats on your engagement. I was reading the Sunday Independent yesterday and in the Life magazine they had some journo writing about www.weddingsonline.ie and apparantly it's the central hub for Irish brides and the like so you should try posting there too as you'll have a wider audience, good luck!

Thanks a million i logged onto weddings online as you suggested & i have got alot of really usefull information as a result, it will have saved me an awfull lot of time in the long run, it is definetly well worth a visit if you are thinking of getting married in the future. Here will help with the mass booklet, we're using it now, even though i'm not too keen on the way the booklet get laid out, it still saves having to type out all the text.
