Using Masking Fluid with Oils

    Has anyone used Masking fluid when painting with oils (on canvas) ?

    Would you recommend it?

    No need to use it. And I guess it might make a mess.
    The oil paint will still be fresh and can be simply lifted-scraped off with a palette knife.

    I would agree...You can get away with alot using oil paint. Masking is most important when using watercolour as you may want to retain the page colour.

    Just wondering what are you working on?
