What is a good program for taking an existing video on like u tube or whatever and modifying it. Say! take a movie and make artistic changes to a very high precision. Like the Sport lucosade ad with the squirrel, professional video editing.

you wont get high quality precision video or anything like it off youtube. generally, avid, final cut pro or adobe premiere are all good editing programmes.
