What are your preferences regarding outdoor cooking, gas vs charcoal?

    Mise, charcoal (lumpwood only)

Nein!!! Lazy summer days, BBQ coals lighting, a beer in the hand and a hammock, wait for a while, sip the beer enjoy the sun, then start cooking when the coals are grey. Also gives the wimmins some time to prep the meat! The flames part is the mans!!

No preference as I attend BBQs but am far too lazy to go to the effort of having my own, long as someone else does the cooking and hands me a beer I'm happy!

Speaking of Hank Hill, remember the episode when a crap load of Propane canisters blew up and the episode had to be continued? What happened? I stopped watching King of the Hill after that one. :'(.
