Good bye brothers!!!!!

It is with a sorrowful heart that i say good bye to all you rotund friends but I have gone forth and have been lurking in the athletics and marathon/triathlon forums and have since lost 3 stone and am competeing in first event next month

I know this may seem hard to believe but from monday i will give up the drink and takeaways to allow for the full transformation to take place.

I now await for the bionic man forum to open

It's been a blast and have left money behind the bar for drink!!!!
