help with xbox live.

    I updated my xbox live with a year subscribstion last month even though there was still a month left in my other subscribstion as i would hav lost the card otherwise. but in the last week i got messages that the subscribstion was about to run out and i cant find the new card. should i b worried??

    No, it should be ok.

    I've yet to enter in a new code as I've had mine less than a year, but when i was first getting a Gold membership, I entered in the code on the card and then went to a seperate screen where I had to "redeem" the code itself.

    It's like you could buy ten codes, enter them all in and then redeem them as and when you need them. I'm in work now so can't go through the process, but I think its in the first (i.e. all the way left) of the blades/pages on the dashboard.

    If you're still having trouble, I can maybe take a look at my one later tonight.
