how to get scrolling text

I want to put in some scrolling text into a flash project. the text will scroll from top to bottom or put in a "text box" and a scroll bar to allow somebody to link into it.

Lots of Flash questions culabula! You should try googling these as there will be a lot of info out there already. I found kirupa to be great for learning flash. http://www.kirupa.com/

To scroll text you can have a block of text in frame one, copy that text into frame ten (for example). Then right click on the text in frame one and tween the frame. Then go to your tenth frame and click on the text and move it down.
