Hi, I am interested in peoples opinions on what time of the year is best to get married and why. I'm thinking a winter wedding would be nice (as well as cheaper) with open fires, candles and the fact that we wont be depending on the weather would be a big plus. My Fiance is thinking summer would be better and I can see his reasons why. I suppose honeymoon times would come into play but as we haven't decided on a destination yet and will probably go to two places anyway this isn't really important at the moment.

I know people will say it's a personal choice, but any advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks

I think most of us just be default pick the summer wedding but the though of open fires and candles is very appealing to me too.

Another plus of winter weddings are generally its cheaper to have it then too.
