It really depends on your mod. I'd personally recommend you to buy equipment as you need it. Any idea on what you plan to do for your mod? my kit includes

    1. Variable speed Dremel with every kind of bit and cutting disc available ;)

    im not 100% sure

sand down the entire case take the insides out remove all wireing. spray the inside case in a yellow or maby red . then the outside the opposite color. few windows.something at the front but ive not decided yet. i dont want a monitor or anything. id love to put a fishbowl into the pc or attach the pc to my snake cage and have the snakes living aera at the front of the pcor under the motherboard hmm....

mainly looking to see if since ive been gone there is any very hand tool or website for idea's.

    All you need is:

    1. A Dremel with all the bits and stuff.
    2. Patience.
    3. Alcohol.

But like l31mr0d said, get the rest of the bits as you need them. No point wastign money on stuff you wont ever use.

Dremels suck for anything other than the tiniest of jobs..

Get a jigsaw or a mini Grinder with decent metal cutting disks, both are very cheap in places like Woodies...

First thing is to make a definite plan of what you want to do with the case.

Next is to try and shoot holes in the idea: Is it feasible, is it going to cost too much, will the case even be placed somewhere i will see all my cool mods, am i affecting airflow, yadda yadda.

You have mentioned you did some modding before, but your current project seems a bit vague. Go do some sketches/Pro-E/Solidworks and post em up so we can see exactly what you want to do.

Then go spending money on tools.
