syncing subs with avi file.

    Hi all.
    I have downloaded a movie (avi) and have downloaded the subtitles in a separate file, would anyone know how to get them sync and working together on vlc player.

    Hey duff... if u want to just watch the movie in VLC Player with the subs do the following:

    1. Open VLC Player
    2. Click File -> Open File
    3. Click the Browse button and select your avi file
    4. Tick the Subtitle Options box then click Settings...
    5. Click Browse... and select your subtitle file

    Movie should now play with subs
