    Hi,
I'm wondering if there's a solution anyone could recommend for managing bulk email? ie, a handy way to send out hundreds, if not thousands of emails, with newsletter options and so on.

And maybe there's an online service that would be better than doing it through a windows based app?

    Advice appreciated
    Cian

Do you want to outsource it completely or are you looking for a server-based solution?

To be honest I know very little about both.

Basically right now I only have a small amount of contacts to handle (around 150), but I hope for that to grow continuously.

So, if you could tell me a bit more about what you (?) have to offer, that'd be great.

    Cheers

Depending on how big your list is going to be ...

You could use a 3rd party mailing service such as http://www.constantcontact.com or you could use something like Dada mail or phplist on a hosting account .

Hmm...that constantcontact looks quite good, thanks for the link. I don't know if it'd be worth my spending $15/month or more yet though. Their stat-tracking of response to email does look helpful for sure.

    http://www.mailermailer.com/

They've got a clue although a little US centric, they've been doing this for a long time.

Having used the other two mentioned, Campaign Monitor is the one I'd recommend as well.

Windows PC and a POP3 account required.
