Modding XBox Arcade ?

This there any technical difference with the XBox Arcade and STD except the lack of HD? I already have a std XBOX360 which I use on Live and thinking on getting a Arcade since the price drop and modding it to add a large HD.

No difference for modding at all.
They are the same console except for extras like wireless controllers and the hard drive
No issue flashing them
