    Hi.

If anybody out there is using Broadtalk.ie (or has used it over the last few months) can you let me know how you found their service (and what , if any, problems you came across)and what equipment you are/were using.

Thanks in advance for your replies!

    Afternoon,
I've been using them for over a year now. I've a local number from them that I use for business and all has been fine so far with in and out bound calls.

Am using a Cicso/Linksys ata device I got from them.

    Hope this helps.

If you use the search option you'll see a number of people have had there credit requests completely ignored by broadtalk in the past and infact broadtalk has completed ignored them in general

I applied and bought credit from broadtalk over a year ago.
    They charged my card.
I never got my number, was never able to make a call and despite numerous attempts to contact them since have been completly ignored.

They just kept my money and ignored me.

    Avoid at all costs.

I set up an account with them, maybe 2 years ago. I went with them originally, rather than Blueface, because they gave us a descent discount on mobile calls if we paid a few months in advance.

3 months after joining them, and after numerous fobbed off phone calls, we still had no geo number assigned. This meant that none of our customers could ring us. Totally unprofessional.

After the 3 months, I got fed up with their excuses and demanded our account be closed and all monies refunded. They agreed but never did it. A few phone calls to ComReg had to be done to get it resolved.

Have been with Blueface ever since and wouldn't look back. Would never touch Broadtalk ever again after that farce.

Search boards.ie for broadtalk and you will see a lot of similar complaints about them.

    Thanks for the replies !

Did the search already but the postings were pretty old and I was wondering if they might have got their act together meanwhile.
