NTL Disconnected during football!!!

    Hi all,

    Just wondering if anyone else has lost connection at the moment with the NTL basic cable package? And we were just sitting down to watch the football!!

    same in Donnybrook. I turned it off, and it spent 10 mins updating itself, came back on for 10 mins and went off again.

    NTL/CHORUS have been changing their encryption codes today,might have something to do with it.

    How could your "basic cable" spend 10 minutes updating itself? It is either gone or its not.
