Small Design Jobs - Where to Advertise

Hi, Anyone know any sites where you can post small jobs to get a price. I have a small bit of web design work I need done.. I have mocked up a homepage for a site I have and need someone to 'sexy' it up a bit. Anyone know of anywhere to source someone to do this?
