Hi

Does anyone know the name of the website where you put in a spec of what you want (design wise) on your new website, and people put their bids in on how much they would charge you to get your website up and running. You then choose whichever bidder you like.
A friend of mine is trying to get a website up and running and wanted to know if anyone knew the website or had any experience with using it.

Thanks. Maybe i'm being naieve but these are all US websites. Are there any similar Irish ones out there, or does it matter?
