    basically last year a Swiss organisation decidd to make a new list of Wonders given that pretty much all of the originals were in ruins.

    Just to clarify - is this the New 7 Wonders meaning:

    "the 7 Wonders of the World that have been made by slaves after the first, ancient lot - wonders of the modern world, if you will"
    or
    "the 7 Wonders of the world, now that we've seen a bit more of the world and realised we might have been a bit hasty the first time round"?

    effectively it is the 7 current standing Wonders of the World.

    they made a new list because the Pyramids were the only remaining ancient wonder of the world

    Think we are getting mixed up between the Incas and The Aztecs
    Machu Picchu is in Peru and was built by the Incas
    Chichen Itza is in Mexico and was built by the Aztecs.

    Was having a big stress at the time, we were driving from London to Mongolia, and as soon as we got visas for Uzbekistan, we left in a hurry!

    Next question - What's the capital of Uzbekistan?
