Hi, I was thinking of doing this exam to get my MCP but was wondering will it be discontinued or out of date soon. I could go for the MCPD but we are still using .NET 1.1 in our organisation plut I would need three exams for this qualification. Thanks

The MCAD & MCSD exam will still be about for another 2 years ish I would expect.

As for out of date thats a relative question. Lots of 1.1 apps out there.

I would suggest getting your MCAD/MCSD and then doing the upgrade to the MCPD of your choice...
