Can I use Skype with Linksys PAP2

Hi I know the answer is probably no, but my wifes family in Spain all use skype and are pushing us to use it as well for the free phonecalls but I prefer to use Blueface with normal phone and Linksys adaptor I'm just wondering if I can enter settings on the Linksys to allow us to use Skype or its just not possible. so can someone give me the Spanish equivilent of Blueface?
