I'm looking into a Blueface account.

I've been sending emails back and across to a lad over in blue face but it seems while he's been extremely helpful he hasn’t been able to asnwer all of my questions.

I'm looking to get a Blueface accout mainly for ringing UK landlines and mobiles. So I'd be going for maybe their 300min package with the Siemens Gigaset ip 450. With that I'd get a nation geographic number (01 what ever but not that importatn) as well as an English geographic number.

Persumamably (and this is were the sales team is falling down) I can forward unanswered calls to my mobile so I can be reached at all times? Also does any one know what cost this would be?

I'd also be going for the Blueface goMobile plan. Is it any good?

I'm also a bit confused between the geographic number (01) and the other number 076? Do Blueface give you both or do you have to specify which one you want? I know if you want an additional geographical number you have to pay €5 a month but I'd be happy enough to have an 076 number and english number if it didn’t occur any additonal charges.

    Any help appricated

Yes you can forward calls to your mobile
the cost will be standard cost for a mobile call in Ireland based on blueface's call charges

I've used GoMobile a hand full of times, its pretty good and very useful, can ring a 01 number from your mobile and then ring any number worldwide at VoIP rates, in my case last time it cost me about 2c a min to call the US ontop of my standard mobile charge :)

Blueface offering geo numbers for a fee, eg: 01, 051 etc but there more then happy to give you a 076 number, 076 numbers are ONLY given to VoIP services in Ireland and are free from any providers I've seen.

They cost the price of a local call to call from anywhere in Ireland...though mobile prices may vary, if your not expecting many incoming calls dialed from Ireland I'd stick with 076..however if you are I personally find the 076 number confuses the hell out of people sometimes....but its grand otherwise :)

Do you get the 076 number and the geographical number on pay as you go as well?

    Hi,

If you take a look at :
    http://www.blueface.ie/purchase/plans.aspx
You'll see that with pay as you go you have the 076 number but not the geographic one. I suppose you can contact them to know how much it would cost you to get that ...
Maybe you would better have a look at freedom basic if you need a geographic number since that one includes both 076 and geo.
