Call of duty 4 on college network

    Hi im just wondering is it possible to play call of duty 4 online on a college network. If so how can i do it?? Dont wanna waste my money if i cant play online!!!

    Depends on whether or not your college blocks ports.

    You could try a free online FPS like wolfenstien enemy territory. Download it, see if it works and assume the best.

    I wouldn't ask college IT staff about it as they could go out of their way to block it! - well you never know.

    I don't know about CoD4 , but I know BF2 works in WIT. I will try out COD4 next time I use my lappy in collage.

    NCI are bastards for the amount of stuff they block

    Things like IMDB and AIB Banking etc, and then they allow Bebo and Youtube.
