GH3 :LoR crashing

Has anybody come accross GH3 crashing on the Wuss out section with Slash? Wife is playing it and it keeps crashing at this point, disk looks clean, brand new, no scratches, tried both controllers. Any thoughts?

Need a bit more info there mate... first of all.. which console are you running it on? It's available for Wii, PS2, PS3 PC and Xbox 360.
