Hey guys.
Off the ol fags nearly two weeks. It hasn't been too bad. I haven't been on a proper session since I gave up so that will be the real test.
Anyways im looking for some pictures of smoking related diseases. The more graphic the better.
Just to help with the cravings like.

I watched a CABG surgery recently. The patient's lungs were covered in black spots which the anaesthetist told me was caused by smoking. It wasn't a pretty sight.

Good luck with the quitting. This is a good idea for a thread.

Oh my God. I stopped smoking 22 days ago and was getting bad cravings earlier. After seeing these pics I can guarantee that I will never ever smoke again!! Thanks for posting them.
