Sequence flash banner on tv.com?

Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial to show me how to make the content banner as seen on tv.com. its the one where you can mouseover the dots to switch between the news items that run in sequence when left on their own.

You'd need to learn the basics of flash to do that, it's not complicated stuff but there is a bit of a learning curve if you haven't used flash before.
