How to view FPS while in game?

what button do you press to view your frames p/s?? AND How do see who is who on the radar because its hard to help someone when you don't know where they are?

Bring up the console by pressing the ` key

Type in renderer.drawfps 1

FPS displayed in the top left corner of the screen.

Some people download and use FRAPs to do the same thing.
