What the.............?

Hi Guys I hope someone can help me with this.......? My PC's "D" drive is showing up as nearly full.........the pc keeps flashing a warning that I have low disk space, but when I click on the "D" icon in "My Computer" there's nothing there???? Any suggestions on how to rectify this??? Thanks in advance.

this will get rid of the notifications

did you ever have a d drive?, it might be a restriced factory backup
