So I was thinking about a few things and thought about just how much info about me is on here, a lot.

Anyway how free are you with the details of your life on here?

Also (what I had been thinking of) if there was a google map type thing for Boardsies would you put a pin in it to say where you post from the majority of the time?

I would, I post from where I work which is near capel street, but am I naive putting that info out there?

Well, then...this calls for more drastic measures for the security concious. Where is all this boards thing located and stored? Could someone physically damage the hardware associated with it, say with hammer? Or the servors?

It must be located somewhere, and you can't be too careful in today's world...:p

I don't see the need to let everyone know everything about me, because really, who wants to know?. I know I don't want to know where anyone on boards lives/works etc. I think the most you can find out about me is my first name, that's about it really.

Don't be confused. I thought it was obvious? You don't like to reveal any miniscule details about yourself, but people now know that you poo on toilet bowls. Probably wise not to reveal who you are or what you look like after that

I wouldn't worry about putting info about myself on boards. I give out some personal info, so do a lot of people. I don't keep a record of what everyone says and I assume no one does the same to me. If you gathered it all together you might know a bit too much about me, but you don't have my name, address or phone number so what does it matter?
