Anyway to see the log of MySQL queries?

Hello If I run the command - watch -n 1 "uptime; free -m; mysqladmin processlist " - I'm able to see the SQL queries which are currently running on my server, but the end of the queries are getting truncated. Is there any log where I can see which queries have been/are being executed? I've Googled for this but there isn't…

I've Googled for this but there isn't really any information for viewing MySQL logs.

Im not sure but I thought when I installed MySQL locally, it stored logs in a temp folder on the C drive.
