    right, gonna get a poll going for this.

    The dates to be picked are as follows:

    Feb 22nd & 23rd
    Feb 29th & Mar 1st
    Mar 7th & 8th
    Mar 14th & 15


    This poll will be active for 14days as of today.
    The Date with the highest votes will be selected as the primary date.
    This is subject to change as it may not be suitable for the Venue, in this event the next most popular date will be selected.



    Few things to note. The more notice we have the better organised we can be (Prizes & competitions, transportation etc).
    There will not be a repeat of the last LAN. Any Non Gaming events other than Food runs and Beering will not be allowed on the Premises.
    *N.B.* I will be a complete Dic(k)tator to anyone who tries to challenge this ruling.

    I can make it.............but it's a bad weekend in terms of getting people to go anywhere but the pub. It's also Easter weekend on the 22nd afaik which will be a no go for people too.

    oh - missed this, but pencil me in for whenever - 7th of March I'd say would be my preference, but either is workable.

    As for extra curricular activities, I think that's only fair - we did pull the piss a bit the last time.

    All the newer Games will be available and be valid options.
    File sharing will be restricted to Evenings and over night.
    Competitions will be held, prizes will be sought.
    Godfathers will be contacted and hopefully a better deal can be arranged, we will also try and get other options available.
    Foodruns will be called using the ALP system (same for competitions and announcements)
    If ya can help with the setting up then please do offer, but i will ask that you do it in advance.
    If you will have to drop off your rig before being able to attend please contact us prior to the event so we can arrange something.
    Less of the "On the day" stuff too.

    Absolutely no Speakers! Admins are the only ones able to be Hypocritical with this rule and it *WILL* be enforced.

    apart from that Hope to see you there and lets make this the most fun one ever (nostalgia is getting too old)
