    Hi All,

Does anyone know if there is a new edition of the homebond building manual coming out? I have looked around Cork and I cant seem to find them. I saw that they had an additional pamplet recently regarding the L regs so i was wondering if they were bringing out a more definitive version????

    Thanks,

    Shakeydude

The manual as most people know is very comprehensive but not necessarily up to date, The "right on the site" promos and leaflets would help wiht that.

The 5th edition is no longer being published, i spoke to them the other day. The problem with getting the sixth edition out is the current changes to the regs and trying to get the 6th edition approved. They told me to give them a shout back in April or so!

i pre-ordered the homebond manual on easons website a few weeks ago as the previous edition was no longer in the shops. Have been told by easons that it will be later this year before I will receive the book.

April????I suppose it is time consuming getting all the regs up to date, I suppose I will have to keep my powder dry.

    Thanks for the replies

When I rang back in November they said it would be out before Xmas!

I would image that it will not be out now until at least the revised Technical Guidance Document L (TGD-L) has been published on foot of the recent amendment to the Building Regulations

Hi folks - I contacted Easons a few weeks ago about this myself and this is what they replied with:

This title is in reprint with the publishers. The new 7th edition is due out in March 2008.

    Hope it helps.
