Navteq to include warnings in voice instructions

Just read that Navteq are now including warnings in their voice instructions. Stuff like "sharp bend ahead", "reduce speed" etc. Sounds pretty cool.

Just read that Navteq are now including warnings in their voice instructions.

Whether SatNav manufacturers (including Garmin) actually do anything with this information and put them in as POI's or whatever and include voice warnings for them is another matter.

My mistake, I assumed that it was the PND manufacturers' software that had a hand in this feature.:o
