Refund from Online DVD shop

    ordered a HD dvd from www.4cheapcds.com, 2 days later they tell me its out of stock (they tell me its out of stock in blue-ray when i ordered HD)

    anyways,

    They offered a refund which i agreed to.

    Ive now emailed them 3 times now with no response and im still waiting for my money back.

    what is the next step i can take here? theres only so much that can be done with a angry email

    When did you order? When did they say they will refund? A refund can take a while to show up.

    If it is more than 2 weeks, I would dispute the transaction with your credit card company.
