International calls with Vodafone

    Hi,
    We have a fella here with an Irish phone and he is going to be over in the UK alot. How much will it cost to make and recieve calls .


    Anybody up to date on the different options?

    Did i not hear recently that the cost is the same when roaming in the UK on the large companies that are also in the UK like O2 and vodafone? There was something about a 75c connection fee and normal rates or something along those lines.

    Either way you are better off ringing vodafone and making sure.

    If he use Vodafone Prepay he can activate Vodafone Passport online

    "When you travel with Vodafone Passport as a Prepay customer and visit a Passport country, you pay the same per-minute rate you pay at home, plus a flat call connection fee of just 79c. When you visit the UK or Northern Ireland, the connection fee is just 29c"
