    Should I be worried about this?

    I haven't got a clue what any of these are, apart from the bottom one.

    I've tried googling the ports, but to no avail. I've ran tonnes of Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware scans, and I'm clean.

    Also attached are the only exceptions in Windows Firewall, as well as the currently running processes in taskmanager.

    Ideas?

    Well Gavin,

    I see your uTorrent.exe is active & that is more then likely what's opening/using the ports.
